Loguya Matthew is on a Godly call on the mission and Safe Water offering field to the unreached societies in East Africa. He is a self-driven and motivated leader. With over ten years of experience, Loguya has a proven record of implementing practical ways for Ministry and water programs that offers holistic transformations to disadvantageous societies in the region.
Loguya’s proficiency to connect conventionally unrelated ideas and build meaningful relationships between communities, empower individuals to provide sustainable services for their communities. Loguya’s ability to communicate with all stakeholders engages the entire team and drives sustainability projects to completion.
Loguya envisions Feat Africa as Bring Safe Water to the unreached societies and he is excited to lead Feat Africa into its succeeding phase of impact and development. Prior to founding FEAT Africa and serving as the Executive Director, Loguya served as a Choir Leader in his former church and as a Jesus film operator Project technician, Project Supervisor, Project Manager at Revival Water project, and Sanitation Coordinator at 4Africa a mission water well drilling company for 5 years as well as individual projects.
Feat Africa is a non-profit organization that was founded in South Sudan in 2013 as Hope for African Transformational Services (HATS).Initially focused on Evangelism as the mission of establishment.
In 2016 Feat Africa shifted their main office to Koboko, Uganda due to insecurity in South Sudan.Feat Africa Has broadened the scope to include WaSH projects and HouseHold water Treatment and storage,
Currently, operating across international borders of South Sudan, Uganda in areas of Pakwach, Arua and Koboko and the Democratic Republic of Congo areas of Aru and Adii. FEAT AFRICA exists to provide spiritual and physical services to people affected by poverty, disease and famine, by improving Health (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene) through providing biosand filters, constructing boreholes, construction of springs and community training.
Living standard (Food, Housing and Cooking fuel) and Education (Discipleship, School attendance and Tuition) of the unreached, and vulnerable communities.
Staff members have scaled from an individual to currently two qualified managers with adequate managerial skills, then having five qualified officers in different areas of official duties and over fourteen support staff.
